Note:
(In some cases venue's will not allow any kind of recording in thier venue...We will try to make sure this doesn't happen
but in some cases it is unavoidable. Also, if Dustin is opening for certain bands taping may not be permitted.
In these cases Dustin will patch into the sound board and make it available soon after the show.
Shows that are officially released by Dustin Burley(not including the shows listed above)..audience recordings
may only be traded! The only reason for this rule is because it takes money to professionally remaster and
mix a live show for CD release.
In the hopes to keep live music free for distribution,
Dustin will not tolerate any unauthorized sale of his
music. These shows are a non-profit way to spread the music of Dustin Burley and is not for sale. You
may trade this music via mail, email, FTP download, through websites like
www.furthur.net www.archive.org www.etree.org any website that allows free downloading and any other way to distribute free live music.
